OUT FOR: Signs of Intelligence
The exhibition Signs of Intelligence presents new works by OUT FOR, a collective of five Berlin-based studios whose practices engage with material- and object-oriented design. Their approaches range from material transformation and the repurposing of production tools to the subversion of design conventions, the decoding of manufacturing processes, and the reinvention of raw materials.
The poster design reflects these experimental strategies by highlighting the diversity of materials and colors, while its deteriorating typeface underscores the process-based, transformative nature of the works on display.
